Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Hoshizaki PM Tool (the "Service"), operated by B&G Refrigeration Company, Inc. ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

The Service is a private business application for processing preventive-maintenance (PM) records, generating equipment performance reports, and managing related notifications. Access is restricted to authorized users provisioned by us. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, disrupting its operation, or using it to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or revoke access at any time for misuse.

3. Data and content

PM checklists, invoices, equipment data, and related records submitted to the Service remain the property of B&G Refrigeration and its customers. We process this data to operate the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (including email and AI document-extraction services) solely to deliver its functionality. Use of those integrations is subject to their respective terms.

5. Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Performance figures and diagnostics are decision-support estimates and should be verified by a qualified technician before acting on them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
